"Not sure how they get a 5 star. Service is horrible. If want be treated like number you come to the right company.I change car, call, emailed no response. Now Evergreen as been hit very bad hail amd storms. When I call office and my roof 1st thing out lady mouth was to absolutely discourage file any claim told that rates uonjust file and and being denied. As I told I think I as customer you should things to discourage a claim. I files ftc, bbb and other complaint angriest your company you suck and service suck. Oh, she hang up on push 800 claims so point local insurance fake security. They should all the office and their suck money provide no service at all"
