"Very difficult to reach when they are needed. Not helpful when customer requests detailed billing breakout, and very eager to charge extra fees when it is not necessary. Winding down my engagement with this group and suggest you save yourself time and money by avoiding them entirely."
"Hi Brendan, we appreciate you. Your payment was returned twice. Once in march and the other in April. We are only able to Waive Return Payment fee per year. We waived the first one. I responded to your email in 5 minutes. I am always here for you. As long as your payment isn't returned you will not be charged an additional fee. "
